We are BAKED ALL DAY! 

A home bakery and mobile food trailer. We specialize in homemade, hand-rolled soft pretzels, fresh baked cookies, seasonal cravings, groovy smoothies, and MORE!

Everything is made from real ingredients and baked fresh to order - right here in Rutland, MA. We even roll out fresh dough on the trailer when we’re out on the road. So it’s always fresh out of the oven and right into the hands of our happy customers.

I have always loved to bake as a way to make people smile. 

When I became a mother in 2014 and started spending more time at home, I really enjoyed learning how to bake from scratch. I would make homemade cookies, cakes, and other treats for special occasions and holidays. At school, or work, or a friend’s birthday, or sometimes… just because! I loved trading recipes with family, friends, and co-workers to try new things. 

Then in 2020, I really started spending A LOT more time at home…like all of it. I enjoyed having so much time at home with my kids, and really had time to bake for fun. I wanted to re-create special memories with them, like having a fresh soft pretzel at the movies. I knew a little bit about the process since I used to make dough and roll pretzels at a movie theater concession counter when I was in college.

I researched and tested so many different recipes - different ways to make the dough, different temps and bake times, processing methods, and serving methods. 

It all came together…Baked All Day LLC. was born in the Summer of 2022. We bought an old smoothie trailer and made it our own. Our custom little sun-bus mobile bakery made its debut in Spring of 2023, and we’ve been on the road ever since!

Our goal at Baked All Day is to share the gro0o0ovy goodness of our homemade tasty treats with the awesome people of our local community. We want to put a smile on your face, make your day a little brighter, and let our good food leave you in a good mo0o0od…
